Duties Respond quickly to roadside assistance requests from drivers in various locations. Perform vehicle repairs including tire replacements, battery jumps, fuel deliveries and lockout services using appropriate tools. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs safely and effectively. Communicate clearly with dispatch teams to coordinate service calls and ensure timely assistance. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail during roadside repairs. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to handle multiple service calls independently. Valid driver’s license with valid insurance; reliable transportation is essential. Prior experience in roadside assistance or automotive repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
