Job Overview The 18 & Over Club is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team. This role is designed for those who are at least 18 years old and interested in creating a welcoming environment for our adult members. Applicants should be dependable, friendly, and committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable space for all members. Duties Greet and assist club members in a courteous and professional manner Enforce club policies to ensure a safe environment for all guests Monitor activities within the club to prevent misconduct or safety hazards Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas Check IDs to verify age eligibility of members and guests Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Provide information about club amenities, upcoming events, and membership services Report any safety concerns or incidents to management promptly Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of safety procedures and conflict resolution techniques Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends This position offers an engaging environment where team members can develop valuable skills while contributing positively to the community.
