1st Shift Oil Room Operator $18 - $21/hr.depending on experience BASIC FUNCTION The Level 1 Operator is responsible for pulling foil and operating the form press while ensuring the production line runs smoothly.This is an entry-level position that requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and basic machine operation skills.Also, assists in producing Quality Products on time and within budget.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pull foil and prepare materials for production.Operate the form press, ensuring smooth operation.Monitor machines and report any issues to the supervisor.Perform basic quality checks on products.Keep work areas clean and organized.Assist in routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be physically able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.Must have the ability to walk extended distances as needed.Clarity of vision at 20 inches or more; able to view a computer monitor for extended periods of time.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.and stand for extended periods.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Ability to Commute:Somersworth, NH 03878 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Somersworth, NH 03878:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
