Production Technician - Essex Junction, Vermont Full-Time 12-Hour Shifts $20.95/hr Join a team where your hands-on skills, curiosity, and commitment to quality truly matter.We're looking for a Production Technician who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems on the fly, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-performing production environment.About the Role In this position, you'll operate and monitor high-speed production equipment while supporting continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.You'll be part of a team that values communication, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.Schedule This role is based in Essex, VT and follows a 12-hour shift rotation.Available Shift:D2:Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday Hours:5:55 AM - 6:10 PM Overtime and holiday work may be required based on production needs.What You'll Be Doing Maintain a safe work environment and consistently follow safety procedures.Learn to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery.Support daily production activities, including data tracking and standard work execution.Participate in problem-solving efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute ideas that enhance productivity, quality, and overall performance.Understand and support quality systems such as SQF, GMPs, QDS, and HACCP.What You Bring Ability to learn mechanical processes and equipment quickly.Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience is helpful but not required.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Comfort using computers and learning new software tools.Basic math skills for production-related calculations.A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.Physical Requirements Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.Stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the entire shift.Frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, twist, and reach overhead.Work in environments with varying temperatures and humidity levels.Take the Next Step If you're ready to build your skills, contribute to a strong team, and grow your career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.Apply Now Job Requirements.
