Job Description
This position mandates An active 2-20 0r 20-44 license Applicants lacking these qualifications will not be considered for an interview.Job Duties:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as our proprietary lead generation operations, and referrals.Client Consultation:Meet with clients over the phone or google meet to understand their insurance needs, assess their risk profile, and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.Policy Sales:Present and explain insurance policies to clients, highlighting the benefits, coverage limits, and premiums.Close sales by effectively addressing client concerns and objections and persuading them to purchase the recommended policies.Policy Renewals and Upgrades:Follow up with existing clients to review their insurance needs, provide policy renewal options, and recommend any necessary upgrades or adjustments to their coverage.Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or upgrade existing policies to better meet clients' evolving needs and enhance their coverage.Policy Servicing:Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and endorsements, such as adding or removing coverage, updating beneficiary information, or adjusting policy limits.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in a CRM system to track client relationships, follow-up tasks, and sales performance.Goal Setting and Performance Tracking:Set personal sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals and track progress towards meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.To Apply:1.)
