Position: Leasing Consultant Location: Washington, DC Pay: $20/hour Experience: At least 1 year of leasing experience required. Education: High school diploma preferred. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thursday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing inquiries. Process rental applications and leasing documentation. Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and resident information. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks. Address resident concerns and provide solutions to leasing-related issues. Promote property features and amenities to prospective tenants. Position Requirements Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Sales and persuasion skills to support leasing goals. Administrative and organizational skills for office tasks. Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional and dependable work habits.
