An Interim Nurse Manager Operating Room is needed to oversee surgical services and ensure high-quality patient care in a hospital care setting. Reports to the Director of Nursing. Key responsibilities include managing abdominal transplant operations, staff recruitment and retention, and the delivery of patient-centered care. We're offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for this role. Active NY RN and/or willingness to apply is required. A minimum of six years of nursing experience, with at least two years in an OR leadership position.
