Description Crew Member - Concrete Construction Laborer job description: Load and unload construction materials (concrete, cable spools, etc) Follow instructions from construction project leaders and construction project managers/ coordinators Use hand tools and industrial construction machinery/ heavy equipment Assist during concrete pours on the job site Assist in laying post-tension cables/ installing barrier cables, when necessary Assist in mid and final steps of post-tensioning Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled construction laborers when necessary Requirements: Job Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: Applicants must be able to complete eVerify Applicants must be 18 years of age or older Applicants must be able to provide their own reliable transportation Applicants must be able to stand on their feet for long periods with minimal breaks and be able to work outdoors in weather conditions such as heat and cold Applicants must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, squat Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
