Location:Albert Lea, MN Schedule:Monday-Fridays; Start time is 3:00 PM (Mid-March-September 1st) and 2:00 PM September-Mid-March, with a varying end time.Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs.Wage:$20.90 SUMMARY Batching Operator 1 will be responsible for operating assigned machines that mix products, ensuring products meet all recipe requirements, quality and safety standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and follow MGK HACCP and SQF programs.Learn and follow all Food Safety procedures.Wear all required personal protective equipment.Set up, assemble, disassemble, and sanitize all specified equipment, per standard operating procedures.Measure and weight required ingredients per specified recipe.Meticulously follow all recipe instructions and standard procedures to ensure recipe accuracy and quality.Safely and accurately operate all assigned machines as per standard operating procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds..
