Schedule: 2nd Shift |6:00pm . – Completion Start of shift meeting with associates. Communicate / Inform any special events, part issues, tours, Obeya etc... Communicate well with other shifts / departments for floor related issues, concerns, inbound material etc.. Utilize the Maintenance Request Program New Hire training process – ISO Manual work instructions. New hires are to be trained with full-time associates, not variables. Maintain ISO 9000 Work Instructions / Processes. Monitor associates’ attendance Maintain Trailer board Prepare paperwork as needed (BOL’s, shippers etc…) Coordinate floor activities of Materials associates Coordinate trailer movements with drivers Packing slip verification / process paperwork (Receiving) Communicate / Coordinate special builds Communicate / Coordinate oversea shipments w/ Materials Manager (Receiving) Process International / FEDEX / UPS shipments (Receiving) Organize, file and distribute all floor-oriented paperwork & keep office area clean Communicate daily with Materials Management on floor related issues Assist in floor layout (new models) Safety stock control (Receiving / Warehouse) MRO process Monthly manpower rotation – All Techs Participate Ability to perform any shop floor Materials function On call 24 hours STOP, CALL & WAIT - Investigate and resolve issue using Assistance from Manuf, QA, Engineering, Mfg. Engineering as needed. Organize, analyze, file, and distribute shop floor Materials oriented paperwork to floor Administrator Ship / Control / Coordinate all incoming freight for special projects, GAR's, GPR, SPR & Miscellaneous material (Receiving) Discipline associates when necessary, in conjunction with Human Resources Perform associate annual performance reviews in the area you’re working in. Monthly Flex Report Before leaving, ensure associates proper task completion, forward completed paperwork to systems and Materials Management Trim scan overrides and Bypasses Investigate part shortages Pass through shipments NDO process Phone listing updates All other duties as assigned Minimum required Education and/or Work Experience: Bilingual English/ Spanish Must Pass written forklift test.
