Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Personal Time off 401K Roth 401K Cafeteria Plan (Including FSA) Paid Holidays Referral Program Job description Blending Operators are responsible for procedures associated with powder blender operation, equipment set-up, and cleaning monitoring and testing of final product quality.Duties: Assist in Powder Formulation/Blending department with equipment operation, set-up and clean-up. Perform various equipment checks, and formulation/blending operation tasks as assigned by the Manager. Perform in-process inspections of formulated/blended product for quality conformity on a continual basis. Verify that equipment is operating correctly. Complete batch record information and review of batch record for completion and proper documentation. Physical attendance is an essential element of the job.Required Skills: Ability to work independently or as a team.
