We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Branch Admin II to lead administrative tasks, support sales efforts, and ensure seamless daily operations. What You'll Do: Oversee and lead administrative staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency in branch operations Support sales efforts by assisting the branch sales team and handling customer interactions Process claims and ensure proper documentation and resolution Review and manage daily stock receiving and invoicing reports Oversee physical inventories and assist with cycle count management Handle petty cash transactions, including reconciliation Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to manage inbound/outbound shipments and customer service issues What You'll Bring: 2-5 years of related experience preferred Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and telephone skills to evaluate issues and recommend solutions Knowledge of finance and accounting transactions in a distribution setting Experience in inventory control, stock handling, and building products Our Values: With every decision and action, we put people first, keep the future in mind, and work
