Responsible for supporting daily production operations by keeping work areas and equipment clean and organized, ensuring raw materials are available, and assisting with the operation of food processing equipment.This role may involve lifting, loading, and unloading product boxes weighing up to 25 pounds, transporting materials using a pallet mule or battery-powered forklift, and handling product at various stages of processing.Associates are expected to follow all safety, quality, and food handling guidelines while working as part of a team to meet production needs.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor equipment following established recipes.Gather, verify, load, and record materials and ingredients for each production batch.Label product accurately and complete required production documentation for traceability.Clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety procedures; assist team members and operate material-handling equipment as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:What we need from you:Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays Work overtime when required Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required What you'll receive from us:Salary within the range of $00,000 - $00,000, depending on experience Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Telehealth Services 401K Matching FSA & HSA available EAP and wellbeing support Tuition reimbursement program available The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range of candidates hired.Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.Unlimited PTO requests are subject to approval and is subject to the current business needs of CTI Foods..
