In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes during the evening hours.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment helping make a quality part for the automotive industry.Duties Operate and monitor various production line machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.Packaging parts using approved container, labels and quantities.Complete daily checks and report safety issues, scrap, or quality problems.Keep work area clean and organized.Work with teammates to produce quality products.Perform other related tasks as needed.Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.High school diploma or GED.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Good communication skills and outstanding attendance.Physical Requirements Standing throughout an 8-hour shift Lifting up to 35 pounds regularly Bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and other physical movements.Schedule 2:45pm - 11pm Monday through Friday Additional $.60 shift differential Pay:$18.32 - $23.20 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Safety equipment provided Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
