Restock/Receiving Lead (Seasonal) Shift: 2nd, 4:00p - 12:00a Job Purpose Our Restock/Receiving Lead will be a trainer and a resource for questions and guidance to the Receivers within our Receiving Department. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to work well with others and promote teamwork within the department. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude. Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties Administrative: Responsible for making all receiving appointments per department capacity Will record and track all ASNs, packing lists, and bills in an organized manner for easy research and clarification Will be responsible for verifying all inbound loads as being full and complete Keeping record of any damages and short shipments of deliveries so that a claim can be started with the vendor Auditing all purchase orders received against packing lists provided Will work as a liaison between Receiving and Merchandising to ensure all vendors are following our vendor guidelines for shipping (carton counts, appointments, etc...) Will work with Merchandising to understand and assist with priority inbound packages to ensure they are received immediately upon delivery Will be a resource to all receiving associates for extra assistance and needs regarding shipments and PO issues Training and Leading: Train new and current receiving associates on department procedures Be a resource for questions and guidance for receiving associates while supporting and enforcing all CFC Policies Must have the ability to be a Certified Equipment Trainer of the Customer Fulfillment Center when it comes to training selected team members within the company on our motorized equipment Duties include keeping work area safe and clean on a daily basis Perform all aspects of the receiving associate and restock associate job descriptions when necessary and as trained to do Will supervise the stocking and restocking bins, sorting product by color and size, receiving product and counting product to match against invoice You will be trained to use a hand held inventory scanner. You will be expected to use the scanner as part of your daily responsibilities. There may be a need to have you trained on motorized equipment (order picker, fork-lifts etc...) Minimum Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel when restocking items Must be able to go up and down step ladders safely while carrying products Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on accuracy Must have the ability to distinguish between colors Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Must be proficient in English in order to be considered for this position Candidates must be 18 years of age or older to work in this position due to DOL regulations About Sports Endeavors Our staff is made up of former players, parents of players and passionate sports fans.
