SBN Line Operator The HEF Group is a global leader in the science of tribology for more than 50 years and offers innovative nitriding surface treatments and PVD thin-film coating solutions for corrosion, wear and friction reduction of automotive and industrial machinery components.Today HEF is active in more than 40 countries throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas, engaged in providing Liquid Nitriding services & chemicals; PVD based coating services; tribology testing services; and supplying engineered sleeve bearings & bushings for demanding industrial applications.HEF Group operates a global service jobbing network that provides our nitriding treatments and PVD coating services to manufacturers of automotive components and precision components used in industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, hydraulic gearboxes, etc.TS USA, a subsidiary of HEF Group, which operates several processing facilities in the US is seeking a SBN Line Operator as we grow and add more business.For more information about HEF, please visit www.hefusa.net.Job Responsibilities: Maintain SBN Equipment Manage maintenance records Operate SBN machinery Process customer parts per specific customer specification Assist Engineering in prototype work Manage spare parts Communicate with Maintenance on machinery and technical issues Keep daily control plan records Basic understanding of SBN (Salt Bath Nitriding), different types of coating, polishing and/or fixturing Able to lead a group Position Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Dependable and reliable work history The ability to read, write, and follow instructions Must be able to work independently without close supervision Able to lift 50 lbs.Able to operate a forklift, hoist, line computers and other machinery Maintain a safe working environment.understand, follow, and support company policies, procedures such as lockout/tag out, hot work, confined space, etc., in addition to corporate and local safety initiatives.Report any infractions Coordinate operations with other departments, including Quality Control and Engineering to assure quality standards, operating consistency, and efficiency Previous experience in a manufacturing or heat treatment environment is preferred Pay:From $17.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
