Coordinate documentation of pertinent inventory information as required. Research if necessary Coordinate and communicate with Truck Drivers as necessary Oversee convenience cutting operation Perform and oversee inventory location transfer logging as specified by procedure Maintain complete inter shift communications Maintain high level of safety during shift Coordinate work order and other paperwork flow as required Interact with sale department as required Communicate with Processing and Traffic Managers as required Contribute to annual employee performance reviews for department personnel Perform appropriate coaching of shift employees including reprimands and/or disciplinary actions as required, in accordance with company policy and in cooperation with department head. Assist in the formulation and maintenance of procedural manuals for all major department functions Regularly analyze shift performance through the use of specific management reports Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures.
