Market Associate A leading online marketplace for buying and selling authentic sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, and luxury accessories. They are currently seeking a Market Associate to join their store team someone who delivers an exceptional customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Hourly Rate: $20.00 Work Hours: Sunday Saturday 11:00 AM 7:00 PM Background Screening is Required What You'll Do Greet and orient customers as they enter the store Deliver high-level service and attention to every customer Maintain strong knowledge of the platform to communicate effectively with customers Facilitate accurate transactions for product intake and sales processing Communicate brand purpose and store initiatives professionally Build and foster relationships with new and repeat customers Explain the buying/selling process and platform features Support a positive team environment Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards Assist with operations and visual merchandising as needed What You Need to Qualify HD diploma or GED required 13 years of store or customer service experience Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable in fast paced environment Ability to work well in teams Strong communication, and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other common office software Physical Activities & Requirements Constant (100%) standing and walking during the workday Frequent (70%) push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; on occasion a team-lift of up to 100 pounds Occasional (30%) operation of a pallet jack, baler, compactor, Air Speed machine, and/or tape machine Occasional (30%) stooping, climbing, and squeezing
