You will be responsible for maintaining and operating 3D printers, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting quality control efforts to deliver exceptional results. Duties Operate and monitor various 3D printing equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications Prepare print files using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and ensure proper setup of printers for optimal performance Conduct routine maintenance on printers, including calibration, cleaning, and replacing consumables such as filament or resin Troubleshoot technical issues during printing processes to minimize downtime and ensure consistent output Inspect printed parts for accuracy, surface finish, and adherence to quality standards using measurement tools like micrometers Requirements Prior experience with 3D printing technologies Familiarity with CAD software for preparing print files; experience with CAD programs like SolidWorks is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in printed parts This part-time role offers a flexible schedule while providing valuable hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing.
