Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 This is hybrid from day-1 ( Local candidates preferred ) Description Seeking a skilled 3Forge Developer to join our platform team. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and standardizing solutions using the 3Forge platform, which combines Java, UX, CSS, and React components. This role requires strong technical expertise, a passion for clean and scalable design, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications on the 3Forge platform, primarily using Java with integrated UX/UI components . Build and enhance UI components leveraging CSS and React for dynamic, responsive user interfaces. Collaborate with platform and product teams to standardize development practices , frameworks, and design patterns across the organization. Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to design, develop, and deploy efficient, scalable solutions. Ensure code quality through best practices such as automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration. Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance on the 3Forge platform. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and onboarding materials for standardized platform development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong programming skills in Java . Experience with front-end development , particularly React and CSS . Familiarity with 3Forge (ATEstream, App Platform, or similar modules) is highly desirable.
