Be the Final Check--Quality Starts With You At Advanced Fiber Products, what we make shows up everywhere--from power lines to door frames--and quality is what keeps everything standing strong.That's where you come in.We're looking for detail-driven individuals who take pride in catching what others might miss.If you've got a sharp eye, steady focus, and a commitment to doing things right the first time, this role is built for you.For over 30 years, we've been a leader in custom fiberglass pultrusions right here in La Crosse, WI--growing over 200% while staying focused on developing our people.Shift That Works for You 3rd Shift:Monday - Thursday 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM4-day work week = 3-day weekends, every week.TRAINING MAY TAKE PLACE ON 1ST SHIFT What You'll Do You're the last line of defense before our product reaches the customer--and that matters.Inspect parts for visual defects and ensure they meet quality standards Perform quality checks based on production orders Verify product specifications (length, color, and overall quality) Ensure defective parts never make it to the pallet Communicate issues quickly to operators, Quality Leads, and Inspectors Set sensors for automatic up-cut saws Perform secondary operations as needed Package and label finished products according to specifications Track and record production counts, lengths, and scrap Assist team members during scheduled breaks Maintain accurate documentation and follow all company policies What You Bring Experience reading and using tape measures, calipers, and squares Ability to read and understand production orders Experience with powered hand tools Strong attention to detail (you notice the small things--and they matter) Ability to stay organized and keep accurate records Comfortable with frequent movement, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety standards Ability to work overtime as needed Why Advanced Fiber Products?
