Production Technician - Essex Junction, Vermont Shift/Pay:Full-Time 12-Hour Shifts Growth-Focused Team N1 -5:55pm - 6:10am- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with every other Thursday Pay $ 21.63 N2 - 5:55pm - 6:10am Friday, Saturday, Sunday with every other Thursday Pay $24.00 Start your day energized and ready to make an impact.If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, this role is a great fit.We're looking for a Production Technician who's eager to learn, ready to contribute, and excited to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll Do As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our production operations running smoothly and safely.You will:Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while modeling safe behaviors.Learn to operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues with your team.Support improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.Participate in daily management processes and standard work execution.Track production data and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Engage in structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.Shift & Schedule This is a full-time position based in Essex, VT, working 12-hour shifts on a 3-4 rotation.What You Bring Ability to quickly learn how processing and packaging equipment works.(Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is a plus.) Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.Comfort using computers and willingness to learn production software.Basic math skills for production calculations.Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a desire to grow.Physical Requirements Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.Stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the entire shift.Frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, twist, and reach overhead.Work in varying temperature and humidity conditions.Apply now!
