Schedule: Hybrid Schedule Compensation: $74,000.00-$78,000.00 Annually Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Your Impact as a Culture Advisor As a Culture Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted partner, coach, and change agent—aligning business goals with people strategies to strengthen engagement and performance across the organization. You’ll play a vital role in cultivating a high-performing, Team Member-centered culture where individuals feel supported, heard, and inspired to do their best work. What You’ll Do Champion Our People-First Culture Act as the first stop for Team Members, addressing concerns and fostering an environment of trust, inclusion, and respect. Partner with Leaders to Drive Success Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, promotions, and workforce planning. Create Engaging Experiences Lead initiatives and events that boost morale, strengthen relationships, and reinforce our mission-driven culture. Ensure Compliance & Integrity Navigate Federal and California employment laws, ensuring policies reflect our commitment to fairness and accountability. Support the Full Employee Journey From hiring and onboarding to benefits, compensation, and development—you’ll shape every stage of the employee experience. Fuel Continuous Growth & Improvement Anticipate HR needs, recommend solutions, and contribute to programs that elevate both people and performance.
