Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, including seniors and school children, while providing excellent customer service.This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to manage behavior, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers.Responsibilities Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to designated locations.Ensure timely arrival and departure from scheduled stops.Communicate effectively with passengers, providing assistance as needed.Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle at all times.Monitor passenger behavior and implement appropriate behavior management techniques when necessary.Complete required documentation, including daily logs and incident reports.Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.Provide exceptional customer service Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Valid 7D License Experience in bus driving or van driving preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Customer service experience is highly desirable.Ability to manage behavior effectively in a diverse group of passengers.Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with passengers.Previous experience in working with children is a plus.Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.Join our team as a Bus Driver and play an essential role in ensuring safe and reliable transportation for our valued passengers!
