The Shift Lead plays a critical role in our organization's success by fostering a productive work environment and driving operational excellence. Supervise and direct shift team members, providing clear guidance and support to ensure optimal performance Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, analyzing metrics and implementing improvements as needed Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements Manage shift scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet operational demands Conduct quality inspections and address any issues or discrepancies promptly Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, challenges, and achievements Handle escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional and decisive manner Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to shift operations Train and mentor team members on procedures, safety practices, and performance expectations Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity Qualifications Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in an operations or manufacturing environment Proven experience working shift schedules Strong leade
