About Us We’re a newly established, modern powersports dealership featuring a spacious 12,000 sq. ft. facility built for efficiency, safety, and top-tier performance. Our shop is fully equipped with new tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment, designed to support technicians who take pride in high-quality work. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced A-Level Technician with strong diagnostic skills and a passion for powersports. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can independently handle complex repairs and mentor junior technicians. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides efficiently and accurately Perform advanced troubleshooting on engines, electrical systems, fuel systems, and drivetrains Complete routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services Use diagnostic tools and service software to identify and resolve issues Maintain clear and accurate repair documentation Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Assist in training and mentoring B- and C-level technicians Keep work area clean and organized in a fast-paced shop environment Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience as a powersports or motorcycle technician (A-Level preferred) Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with multiple brands of motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs (side-by-sides) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred) OEM certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive pay (flat rate / hourly + performance incentives) Brand-new facility with modern equipment Consistent workflow and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment Paid training and certification opportunities Benefits package (health, PTO, retirement options Why Join Us This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new dealership from the ground up , working in a clean, well-equipped shop designed with technicians in mind.
