Espree is a clinician-led, multispecialty group providing evidence-based behavioral health services for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Be ready for the ever-changing landscape of behavior analysis with world-class training. Trainees gain experience in a wide variety of behavior analytic techniques for various populations. We serve clients with a wide range of diagnoses across the lifespan. Trainees can specialize in early intervention, school-aged, adult developmental, complex behaviors, and high-acuity psychiatric services. Trainees will work collaboratively with BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians. Concentrated (fast track) supervision and regular supervision available based on trainee preference. Flexible scheduling with 10-40 hour per week placements available. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits available. Responsibilities Assist with and conduct various assessments, treatment planning, protocol modification and supervision of others, caregiver trainings, and direct ABA therapy. Attend staff meetings, track hours, communicate affectively with interdisciplinary team (psychologists, counselors, BCBAs, and RBTs). Adhere to RBT handbook. Qualifications Successful candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant master's degree program or have completed the master's degree within the last 2 years.
