Responsibilities Begin as a Financial Professional, learning to: Develop and maintain client relationships Deliver personalized financial solutions (insurance, retirement, investment strategies) Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and client data Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and warm outreach Meet key milestones in licensing and production within your first 6-12 months* Transition into our Associate Partner Training Program - a 6-month intensive training program to prepare you for leadership Recruit, train, and manage your own team of Financial Professionals Qualifications : Experience in sales, entrepreneurship, or business ownership Background in team leadership, coaching, management, or military leadership MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required A desire to build a long-term leadership career in financial services Required Skills : Sales and prospecting Prospecting / lead generation Client relationship management Financial advising or planning (preferred) CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) Coaching and individual development Recruiting and talent assessment Strong verbal communication and presentation Preferred Skills : Management: 1 year Sales: 1 year Pay range and compensation package : $100,000–$150,000+ per year, with high earning potential as you grow. Bonus opportunities and commission structure.
