Houston Business Alliance, a sales and business consulting firm in Tempe, is seeking an Account Assistant to support AT&T Business Wireless operations.The Account Assistant will assist in maintaining account accuracy, manage wireless orders, and ensure every business has the communication tools they need.From organizing device requests to keeping business wireless systems running smoothly, you'll be the steady hand that keeps busy teams connected.As an Account Assistant, you solve operational puzzles before most people know they exist.Our training prepares you to coordinate AT&T Business Wireless installations with empathy and precision, anticipating account needs before they arise.In-person, the Account Assistant reassures Tempe business owners that their wireless solutions are in capable hands.Key Responsibilities of the Account Assistant Assist senior account leads in Tempe with in-person sales support, helping local businesses adopt AT&T Business Wireless solutions.Coordinate account activities that guide businesses through setting up AT&T mobile devices and wireless communications with minimal disruption.Maintain account accuracy by tracking wireless service milestones in AT&T sales tools, generating weekly reports that highlight growth opportunities.Support wireless sales by helping clients understand how AT&T cell phones, tablets, and mobile solutions integrate with business operations for seamless productivity.Audit accounts to identify expansion opportunities, ensuring Tempe businesses maximize efficiency, rewards, and enterprise security through bundled wireless services.Strengthen client relationships with proactive check-ins, reinforcing AT&T Business as the trusted partner for long-term connectivity.Minimum Qualifications of the Account Assistant High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience assisting customers, managing accounts, or sales is a plus.Strong communicator who can explain wireless solutions in simple terms.Adaptable team player who keeps up with AT&T technology updates.Focused on long-term client relationships and trusted support in Tempe.Pay:$850.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location:In person.
