Job Description Position: Account Executive Location: Los Angeles, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) Compensation: $130,000 Employment Type: Full-Time Summary A seasoned International Account Executive is needed to manage all international wholesale accounts (both major and specialty). The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience working directly with buyers and a proven track record of strategically driving sales. This person will leverage an established network of international contacts to secure new business and cultivate existing relationships to build brand awareness in key territories. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of relationships with international accounts and agents, including in-person meetings and regular remote communication to stay current on selling and market developments. Present and execute seasonal sales strategies that align with company goals. Lead market appointments, influencing category assortments that align with brand objectives, customer feedback, product performance, and trends. Manage OTB to meet financial targets for shipments, sales, inventory, and profitability. React to in-season selling trends, partnering cross-functionally with marketing, planning, and other internal teams. Identify and develop long-term partnerships, including shop-in-shops, pop-ups, and marketing opportunities with international buyers to drive brand awareness in key markets. Additional Responsibilities Collaborate closely with planning, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time shipments and overall profitability. Lead market set-up in Paris and assist with market set-up in New York. Oversee order entry performed by support staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the system. Qualification Requirements Strong international relationships in high-end fashion. At least 6 years of experience with wholesale accounts, with an emphasis on international sales. Experience with sales tools such as Joor or NetSuite preferred. Professional demeanor in both presence and communications. Strong attention to detail in written communication and systems. Proficiency in Excel, including analyzing data and creating selling templates. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally several times per year.
