This is a boot strapped start up. Role Overview Addictive Brands is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to support and grow our Office Coffee Services business throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is focused on developing and managing B2B relationships with leading tech companies, workplace teams, facilities managers, office managers, and key distribution partners. The ideal candidate has experience selling into Bay Area tech companies, understands workplace hospitality, and is comfortable building business through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with office managers, workplace teams, facilities teams, and decision-makers at Bay Area tech companies Build and maintain strong partnerships with key distribution sales teams and channel partners Identify and secure new business opportunities for office coffee and workplace beverage programs Generate leads and manage pipeline activity through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings Conduct client meetings, tastings, demos, and presentations throughout the Bay Area Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, account support, and issue resolution Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution Track sales activity, account performance, and pipeline progress using CRM tools Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services, and expanded beverage offerings within existing customers Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or workplace services Experience selling into Bay Area tech companies required Existing relationships with workplace teams, facilities managers, office managers, or distribution partners strongly preferred Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, field sales, and in-person relationship development Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Based in San Rafael with regular travel throughout the San Francisco Bay Area Combination of field sales, client meetings, tastings, and office collaboration Fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment Compensation Base Salary + Commission On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ annually Growth opportunities within a growing specialty beverage company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
