Who you are Experience: 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive (startup experience is a plus) selling enterprise SaaS to the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry Sales Acumen: "Hunter" mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing deals Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to hit ambitious sales targets The "Internal Champion" Factor: Knowledge of how to navigate complex organizations and empower an internal champion who speaks the company’s language to help position ASAPP effectively Relationship First Approach: You are not just a product seller. You prioritize open dialogue and listen with the intent to meet the customer where they are and guide them to where they need to be Resource Management: You know how to bring in the right resources at the right time, using the full force of the business to close a deal Technical Agility: The AI market moves at lightning speed; you have the ability to master technical product knowledge quickly to stay ahead of the curve What the job involves Generate New Business: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaigns Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed deals Client Pitching & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Market Research: Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gaps CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress and performance Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CEOs, managers)
