Globe is seeking an Account Executive to join our team! In this role, it would be your responsibility to source new leads, work directly with customers to determine their needs, present Globe’s offerings, and work with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute their corporate relocation. Responsibilities: Prospecting & Marketing: Cultivate a network within the New York City real estate community in order to source potential prospects. Research potential prospects through online databases, industry updates, and other sources. Work collaboratively with team members to develop and iterate upon email marketing campaigns. Conduct direct outreach to prospects via cold call and personalized emails. Direct Sales: Build a deep understanding of Globe’s suite of services and the support that companies typically need during the relocation process. Deeply learn about the needs of potential customers and highlight how Globe can meet those needs. Create and present comprehensive pricing proposals for customers. Project Management: Work directly with the customer during the relocation process to ensure all project logistics are aligned and determine if additional services are needed. Coordinate projects directly with Globe’s internal logistics team and any necessary 3rd party vendors. Work closely with a variety of stakeholders at Globe including project managers, 3rd party providers, teamsters, etc to ensure the team is fully prepared to execute the office relocation. Complete documentation and ensure the customer is properly billed on time. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working in a sales role Experience in B2B sales and sales experience in a related field is preferred, but not required Proficiency with CRMs Exceptional verbal and written skills Experience selling and negotiating 5-6 figure contracts Ideal Applicant: You will love this job if you have solid sales skills and you’re looking to play a major role at a small, but highly effective company. Logistics, Compensation, & Benefits: Full time and hybrid role. Globe’s offices are located in Lower Manhattan and employees are expected to work from the office 4 days per week. Starting Salary: $75 - $80k based on previous experience Sales Commission: Uncapped commission - first-year salespeople typically earn $5k - $15k extra 401(k) match up to $5,000 in yearly retirement contributions & profit sharing program Health, Dental and Vision Insurance included
