Equipo Health is a fast-growing New Jersey-based healthcare technology startup helping providers streamline workflows, improve patient outcomes, and drive value-based performance.We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated, entrepreneurially minded Account Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to grow with an emerging healthtech company.If you are a self-starter, strong communicator, and comfortable leveraging AI tools, this role offers exceptional growth opportunity.Job Summary The Account Executive will execute sales opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth.This role involves lead conversion, new business development, and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities General Sales Activities Effectively communicate Equipo Health's value proposition via email, phone, and virtual meetingso Support sales pipeline progressiono Assist in CRM management and data accuracy Convert Existing Leads Respond promptly to inbound leadso Conduct product demonstrationso Address client inquiries and objectionso Perform structured follow-ups to secure partnerships Generate New Business Identify new sales opportunitieso Research prospective healthcare organizations and partnerso Utilize online resources, digital tools, and AI-based prospecting techniqueso Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) Client Relationship & Account Support Support onboarding, training, and implementation activitieso Maintain strong client relationships post-saleo Capture client feedback and collaborate with internal teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-3 years experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Process-driven mindset Ability to quickly learn healthcare workflows and technology solutions Comfort working in a startup environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Familiarity with healthcare/provider workflows Experience using AI tools for research, prospecting, or productivity PCM degree or healthcare exposure Experience with email marketing or digital outreach Work Environment Startup / fast-paced / collaborative High autonomy and growth potential Direct exposure to leadership and strategy Location Ideally based in New Jersey.Remote candidates are welcome to apply.Compensation & Growth Competitive base compensation Performance-based incentives Significant career growth opportunity Job Type:Full-time Pay:$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:Flexible schedule Education:Bachelor's (Preferred) Language:English and Spanish (Required) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
