Job Description
M3T Corporation is seeking Account Executives to join our growing sales team in the Harrisburg and Pittsburgh markets. This position plays a key role in strengthening client partnerships and expanding our presence within the region through consistent prospecting, pipeline development, and revenue growth. The Account Executive is responsible for achieving assigned behaviors on a weekly basis which in turn generate revenue results. This is accomplished by managing and expanding existing client relationships while actively generating new business. This role requires a driven, relationship-focused professional who can identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and close new accounts through proactive outreach and business development efforts. We offer a comprehensive 6-month structured training program designed to set you up for long-term success. This program includes product training, sales process development, ERP system training (Q360), field shadowing, technical exposure to security systems, and mentorship from experienced team members. SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION: Meet or exceed behavior requirements and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by building and selling accurate and comprehensive proposals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Customer Service & Relationship Management · Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts · Foster positive, solution-oriented customer experiences · Serve as a trusted security advisor · Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions 2. Sales & Revenue Growth · Generate revenue through new account acquisition and account expansion · Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close · Conduct cold calls, presentations, and site visits · Perform site surveys when required · Develop and present proposals and Statements of Work · Achieve KPIs, revenue quotas, and performance objectives · Submit daily sales activity reports to management 3. Market Growth · Grow M3T’s market presence across our operating region. 4. Continuous Improvement · Stay current on product offerings and industry developments. · Participate in training and educational opportunities. · Take ownership of new initiatives and organizational goals. 5. Sales Process and Reporting · Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and input information promptly in Q360 · Utilize Q360 for communication, tracking and all related activities. · Perform site surveys for estimate requests when required. · Write proposals and Statements of Work, present to clients and follow-up to close the business. 6. Additional Duties · Accomplish department/organization goals by accepting ownership to accomplish new requests. · Other duties as assigned to meet company objectives.
