Account Executive – Light Industrial Staffing (Atlanta, GA) Our client is a privately held staffing firm in the Atlanta region seeking an Account Executive to drive new business development focused exclusively on light industrial staffing across Georgia. This is a pure sales / hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on high outbound activity, face-to-face client meetings, and closing new accounts. What You’ll Do Prospect and win new light industrial staffing business across multiple GA markets (calls, visits, networking, referrals). Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first conversation through proposal, close, and launch. Lead discovery to understand workforce needs (volume, shifts, job types, pay/bill parameters, safety requirements). Present solutions and pricing; negotiate terms and secure agreements. Partner with recruiting/operations to ensure smooth kickoff and strong service delivery after the sale. Track activity and outcomes (meetings, proposals, closes, GP) and consistently drive next steps. What you need Proven success selling staffing services (light industrial strongly preferred). Strong prospecting discipline, comfortable being on the phone and in front of clients daily. Ability to create opportunities without relying solely on existing relationships. Professional, consultative style with the ability to close. ???????
