Job SummaryLong Island Radio Broadcasting, home of WEHM/WBAZ/WBEA, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process, cold calling, managing client accounts, and contributing to business development initiatives.This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in digital sales and account management.Duties Generate and manage advertising accounts and maintain strong relationships with new customers as well as exisiting.Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.Collaborate with senior account executives to develop sales strategies and proposals tailored to client requirements.Participate in business development activities aimed at expanding the company's market presence.Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback to help refine strategies and improve service offerings.Support the negotiation process by providing necessary information and documentation to facilitate successful deals.Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.Experience in radio sales is preferred.Proficiency CRM software is preferred.Strong sales acumen with a passion for media sales and account management.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business development efforts.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus but not required.Join us as we strive to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs while fostering your professional growth in the exciting field of radio and digital ad sales!
