Job Description
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 2-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to help build our go-to-market playbook from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in taking our proven product and turning it into a repeatable, scalable sales motion. What will you be doing? Work directly with the founders to sell to operators in healthcare, logistics, and other ops-heavy industries. Build the GTM playbook that the next ten AEs will run. Sharpen the discovery script, tighten the demo, and refine customer segmentation. Source your own pipeline, run discovery calls, and help establish our initial CRM and RevOps processes. Collaborate with a peer founding AE to trade learnings and accelerate our growth. Key Requirements 2-6 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience. A track record of personally closing over $1M in new ARR in a single year. Technical fluency and the ability to explain how an AI agent works. Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving startup environment. Hunter instincts with a low ego, ready to build processes from scratch.
