Job Description
Locations: Multiple locations- Seattle, WA, Houston, TX, Bay area and Atlanta, GA Job Summary: We are seeking a driven Account Executive to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver tailored workforce and project-based solutions. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and partnering with internal teams to execute high-impact hiring and delivery strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals Manage and expand existing accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers Sell staffing solutions, managed services, and project-based (SOW) engagements across technical and professional domains Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful talent placement and project execution Lead client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to align services with business needs Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention Support contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal closure Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts Mentor junior team members and contribute to training initiatives as needed Qualifications: Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or staffing/services sales Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organizations Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience working with cross-functional teams (recruiting, delivery, operations) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Preferred Skills: Experience with IT staffing, engineering, or professional services sales Exposure to managed services or SOW-based engagements Background in training, mentoring, or team leadership Strong business development and closing skills About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
