About ECO3 ECO3 is a global provider of software, hardware, and services for the printing industry. Our solutions support commercial printers, packaging converters, and newspaper publishers in more than 70 countries worldwide. Apogee IQ enables customers to automate workflows, streamline prepress operations, optimize color management, and improve overall production efficiency across the print value chain. The Opportunity We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to grow our software business across California and neighboring states. Most customer interactions today take place remotely via video meetings and online demonstrations, while travel is primarily required for industry events, conferences, and key customer engagements. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a background in the printing or graphic arts industry who wants to focus increasingly on software-driven workflow automation and production technology. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with printing companies, converters, and publishing groups Identify opportunities to introduce workflow automation and production software Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing Work closely with technical specialists and product experts during evaluations and demonstrations Position ECO3 as a strategic technology partner for digital transformation in print production Maintain an active pipeline and meet defined revenue targets Ideal Background We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the printing and graphic arts ecosystem, including commercial printing, packaging, labels, or newspaper production. Experience with companies such as HP Inc., Heidelberger, Kodak, Esko, Fuji, Hybrid or Electronics For Imaging (EFI) is highly relevant.
