Now Hiring:Account SpecialistLocation:Near Crown Heights, Brooklyn We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to join our team.This role focuses on maintaining account health, resolving issues, and supporting daily operations within Amazon Seller Central.Key Responsibilities:Account Compliance:Monitor the Account Health Dashboard daily and resolve policy violations, IP claims, and performance alerts Case Management:Open, manage, and document Amazon support cases to resolve technical and listing issues Inventory Operations:Monitor and resolve stranded inventory to maximize product availability Listing Maintenance:Create, update, and manage product listings, including UPCs and SKUs Data & Quality Control:Perform accurate data entry and ensure listing accuracy Qualifications:Strong attention to detail Proactive and organized Clear written communication skills Reliable and punctual Willing to train the right candidate Prior Amazon experience is a plus but not required Job Type:Full-time Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Work Location:In person.
