Job Description: Title: Account Manager Location: Remote - USA - Nashville, TN or Herndon, VA Reports to: SVP Group Account Director, Business Development Vacancy : Existing vacancy The Role: This position supports sales by conducting data analysis, managing resources, and fostering client relationships. It plays a critical role in achieving JD Power automotive sales objectives through effective analytical and client support functions. The Impact You Will Have in This Role: Account managers serve as advocates, troubleshooters, and strategic collaborators, playing a pivotal role in driving success and fostering growth for both clients and JD Power alike. What You'll Be Doing in This Role: Work with Account Executives to keep the Salesforce pipeline organized and current, enabling precise forecasting, accurate revenue reporting, and the identification of white space opportunities. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure that new product entry fields in Salesforce are validated for precise reporting. Track and monitor monthly revenue deadlines to help make sure all required information is submitted on time. Support Accounting, and Finance to ensure revenue recognition is correct Collaborate with Account Executives and Product/Solution teams to prepare comprehensive RFP responses that foster growth through new business opportunities. Collaborate with practice and Account Executives as they prepare statements of work, organize approvals from legal, finance, practice, and other relevant internal departments, support client reviews and negotiations, and ensure all contracts are accurately documented and activated.
