Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, addressing client concerns, identifying opportunities for business growth, supporting solar project management, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to the customers’ needs. Qualifications Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills Experience in client servicing, account management, and customer engagement Knowledge of renewable energy, specifically solar energy systems, is a plus Proficiency in administration and organization to track and manage client accounts effectively Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries and issues Basic understanding of project coordination, timeline management, and reporting Ability to work independently in a remote role while maintaining a high level of accountability Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field
