We’re seeking an Account Manager to support recruiting operations -- handling contract data entry, maintaining records, coordinating assignments, and assisting with outreach. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, persistent, and enjoys being the behind-the-scenes force that helps everything run smoothly. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and recruiters to ensure satisfaction and retention. Coordinate CRNA assignments, contracts, and schedules across multiple facilities Manage provider records and documents using Bullhorn (CRM) and SignWell Ensure compliance by keeping licenses, insurance, and credentialing records up to date Serve as a trusted partner to facility clients and CRNAs, maintaining strong relationships Research and build contact lists; assist with outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn Provide accurate data entry and timely updates in CRM for candidate tracking, placements, and compliance Collaborate with recruiting team to support new business opportunities and site acquisition Qualifications 2+ years of experience in account management, administrative support, sales support, or healthcare staffing Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional phone presence High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask Proficiency with CRM software (Bullhorn experience a plus) Tech-savvy with comfort using email, phone systems, and online tools A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
