Duties Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm calling techniques Conduct engaging telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer engagement Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements, demonstrating strong sales acumen Utilize CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted marketing efforts Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance business development initiatives and increase revenue streams Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint Engage in technical sales discussions, explaining product features and benefits clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Requirements Proven experience in Channel sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on customer relationship management Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English to effectively convey value propositions Familiarity with CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms for managing client data and sales processes Demonstrated success in outbound calling, and warm calling, to generate leads and close deals Ability to understand technical product details and communicate complex concepts clearly during technical sales discussions Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development and market expansion Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and client retention strategies Join us as an Account Manager where your enthusiasm for sales will drive success!
