We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of services, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Requirements: Client Relationship Management : responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients in the aviation industry, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, and maximizing customer satisfaction and retention by following up on customer orders, providing updates and coming up with problem resolution. Customer Support & Issue Resolution : Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the partnership. Reporting & Analysis : Monitoring account performance and client satisfaction, providing regular reports to internal teams and leadership. Using insights to make recommendations for improving service delivery and client outcomes. Account Strategy Development : Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and needs, and developing strategies that align with both client objectives and company offerings. Project Management : Coordinating with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions for aviation clients. Sales & Upselling: Identifying opportunities for account growth by upselling additional products or services. Account Strategy Development: Collaborating with customers to understand their goals, requirements and needs, and developing strategies that align with both client objectives and company’s services.
