Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow sales and build strong client relationships within the fast-growing energy storage space. What You’ll Do: Manage and expand key accounts for BESS and energy solutions Build relationships with customers, developers, EPCs, and partners Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth Lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations Manage the full sales cycle from lead to post-sale support Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM accuracy What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Direct BESS sales experience + 3+ years in sales/account management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive, and results-driven Nice to Have: Experience in renewables, power systems, or industrial energy projects Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management Background in utility-scale or distributed energy solutions 📍 On-site role | Travel up to 50%
