Job Description
Hybrid – Full-Time (Limited travel required) - Office in El Segundo, California Blue Fire Leads is looking for an entry level Account Manager to drive growth in our Home Services Lead Generation and Pay-per-call sector . This resourceful individual will have strong communication skills and an innate sense of ownership, accountability, and eagerness to learn. They will showcase effective problem-solving skills, alongside excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This self-starter will be eager to learn and grow their career within the company, while also thriving in a collaborative team. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our business across various home service categories, helping manage many of the nation’s top home services brands. You will manage a pipeline of client opportunities, oversee the success of those clients, and contribute to our strategic direction. Responsibilities include: Manage the success of Home Services clients within Blue Fire’s book of business. Engage with Marketing Directors, C-level executives, and business owners to optimize campaign solutions that drive ROAS at scale. Deploy quick and effective communication with both external and internal stakeholders. This includes in-person and virtual meetings, email, and Slack. Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value. Provide ongoing, tailored recommendations aligned with client goals, often centered around self-driven analytics. Contribute to campaign setup and maintenance within the various tech and marketing platforms. Collaborate with a media buying team to develop and optimize digital and click-to-call campaigns. Qualifications: BA/BS degree from 4-year university required. Sales, Marketing, or Business degree preferred. Experience in Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar Sales-CRM preferred. A "hunter" sales mentality with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Proven track record managing accounts in the marketing space. Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
