What You'll Do Client Management Support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts Assist with day-to-day client needs, including policy changes, documentation, billing questions, endorsements, and certificates of insurance Help prepare renewal materials and marketing submissions; coordinate with producers to ensure timely delivery and strong client outcomes Brokerage Excellence Apply knowledge to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriers Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other policy information Follow Arvor's client service playbook and contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality service standards Innovation & Collaboration Participate in pilots of new tools and systems, providing feedback on usability and performance. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product, to help improve service workflows. Demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
