A day in the life. This is a hybrid position, based out of our Doral office, that may require in person client facing meetings. As our Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you’ll Manage annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis Manage strategic planning, renewal & marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communication efforts for all assigned clients Independently produce accurate and timely materials and consistently audit work product to minimize errors Navigate our resources and leverage our carrier partners to advocate for and solve problems for clients, providing a great client experience and helping our retention efforts Stay organized, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines and get in front of potential issues Develop/simplify benefit guides Our future colleague.
